Grant Holt says he now feels happy at Nottingham Forest after clear-the-air talks with boss Colin Calderwood. The 26-year striker handed in a transfer request at the end of the season but the club turned it down.
And Holt, Forest's top-scorer with 18 goals last term, says he is glad his future has been resolved.
"I feel settled," Holt told the club's website. "I wanted to feel that I was wanted and that was the impression I got from talking to the manager."
