Nottingham Forest have signed teenage winger James Henry on loan from Reading until the end of the season. Henry, 17, has made a big impression for the Royals reserves and will go straight into the Forest squad to play Cheltenham at home on Saturday.
"Forest are a massive club and they are going to be playing competitive games in front of big crowds," said Henry.
"There are huge things at stake for Forest and I'll be giving everything to their cause."
He added: "It's a great opportunity for me to gain some experience of first-team football.
"It's a month loan with a view to perhaps extending until the end of the season.
"It's going to be totally different for me being involved in games which mean a huge deal to the fans and club.
"Academy and reserve games are important for development, but there's nothing like the first team."
Forest are third in League One, four points behind second-placed Bristol City with eight games left.
