Nowland has had a torrid time with injuries |
Nottingham Forest midfielder Adam Nowland has been ruled out for the rest of the season after succumbing to a troublesome hamstring injury. Nowland, a 250,000 signing from West Ham, has broken down four times since suffering the problem on his debut in the 2-1 defeat at Wolves.
He has been told by a specialist to spend two months building hamstring strength ready for a pre-season return.
But Forest have been boosted with David Friio and Darryl Powell back training.
