Norwich City manager Glenn Roeder has been charged with improper conduct by the FA after being sent to the stands in the 3-1 defeat to Derby.
Roeder is said to have confronted the match officials at half-time in frustration with the number of off-side decisions given against Leroy Lita.
He was then not permitted to sit in the dugout for the second half.
Roeder already has a suspended two match ban hanging over him following the game at Bristol City last season.
