Roeder has guided Norwich away from the relegation zone |
Norwich chairman Roger Munby has pledged to support manager Glenn Roeder's summer spending plans.Dion Dublin retires at the end of the season and six loan players are due to return to their parent clubs - necessitating extensive rebuilding.
"It's a matter of absolute commitment," Munby told the club's website.
"The board will do everything in its possible power to meet the challenge Glenn will impose on us when he comes to us in the summer."
Roeder was appointed as manager of the Championship club in October with the club struggling in the lower reaches of the table.
But the club are now 12th in the table, seven points off a play-off place.
Regardless of the division Norwich are in next season, Munby is aware of the need for a major overhaul.
He added: "The whole squad itself needs to be built and enhanced for next season and it is a big challenge."
