Norwich boss Peter Grant has confirmed that he plans to offer midfielder Mark Fotheringham a new contract at the end of the season. Fotheringham, 23, joined the club as a free agent in January on a deal that runs until the end of the campaign.
Grant told the club's website: "I'll look to extend his deal for next season. I'll have a word for him about that, because he's got ability.
"We've seen most of it at Preston, in his performance at Preston."
Grant added: "It's difficult when it's been stop-start for him. He's the kind of player who wants to be involved in the game all the time."
