Norwich City teenage striker Chris Martin has signed a professional deal which will keep him at the club until the summer of 2010. The highly rated 18-year-old was still an Academy scholar but made his first-team debut earlier this season. His form had led him to be linked with a move away from the Canaries. Boss Peter Grant told the club's website: "The club has worked hard on making this deal happen and Chris has been rewarded for his hard work."
