Curbishley is reportedly keen on a move to the Premiership |
Alan Curbishley has told Norwich he is not interested in becoming their new manager, according to his agent. The former Charlton boss has said he is not interested in taking over a club outside the Premiership.
Phil Smith, of First Artist Management, told the Norwich Evening News: "Alan's still away at the moment and doesn't get back for another week or so.
"To be fair, he's not interested in coming back to a club in England, outside the Premiership."
Curbishley has been linked with a number of positions, but his decision not to join a non-Premiership club would rule him out of the vacant manageral positions at Leeds and West Brom.
Blackburn assistant boss Mark Bowen is favourite to take over from Nigel Worthington but Rovers have no intention of letting him leave.
