Norwich have completed the free-transfer signing of Marc Edworthy. The 30-year-old defender, released by Wolves at the end of last season following their promotion to the Premiership, has been training with the Canaries and has now penned a two-year deal.
Norwich boss Nigel Worthington told the club's official website, www.canaries.co.uk: "Marc will give us real competition for the right-back position and is another valuable addition to our squad prior to the start of the season.
"I am pleased to have a player of Marc's experience on board and coming as a free transfer makes it even better."
Edworthy should be been registered in time to be involved in the squad for the trip to Bradford.
Edworthy started his career with Plymouth, moving to Crystal Palace and then Coventry, before joining Wolves.
