New Northwich Victoria boss Dino Maamria has set his sights on survival after being named as manager on a permanent basis. Maamria, 36, has signed an 18-month deal with the Vics following a successful takeover of the club by a group of local businessmen.
He told BBC Sport: "I am delighted with the consortium and Jim Rushe has been tremendous since he came in.
"I can't wait to start working together officially."

"Hopefully I can keep the club in the Conference this season and then we can be upbeat for next season."
A deal between the consortium led by Rushe and all football creditors means the Vics avoided going into administration and a ten-point penalty.
And with Maamria, the club's third manager this season, leading the Vics to seven points in their last three games, he believes a great escape from the drop is possible.
"We need to pick up as many points as we can before January and then see where we are then," added the former Doncaster, Stevenage and Southport striker.
"But we certainly find ourselves in a much better position than when I first took over."
