Northampton general manager Tony Clarke insists boss Colin Calderwood's move to Nottingham Forest does not mean there will be a mass exodus from Sixfields. "We're trying to talk to our players and say look, carry on this progress," Clarke told BBC Radio Northampton.
"It's still going to be a pretty good place to be around. I think we'll hold on to those that would have stayed.
"I don't think there'd be too much difference in terms of those that see this as a reason for them not to sign."
