Midfielders Steve Haslam and Mark Hughes have both left Northampton. Ex-Sheffield Wednesday man Haslam, 25, only joined from Halifax last month, but has decided to move on after his short-term contract expired.
Northern Ireland Under-21 international Hughes, 21, has been recalled by Tottenham Hotspur after spending a month on loan with the League Two side.
Cobblers manager Colin Calderwood said: "I would like to thank both players for their efforts here."
