Ince is adamant he has a long-term project at Blackburn
Blackburn manager Paul Ince insists he has no intention of succeeding Kevin Keegan at troubled Newcastle.
Ince, appointed at Ewood Park in June, said after his team's loss to Arsenal: "My future is here at Blackburn. I've only been here five minutes."
Newcastle lost 2-1 at home to Hull on a day when fans protested, calling owner Mike Ashley to quit the club.
Magpies caretaker-manager Chris Hughton said afterwards he "did not have a clue" how long he would be in charge.
"At this particular moment, my thoughts are on Monday, to try to pick up this group of lads, to recover and prepare them for the next game," said Hughton.

"Whether that will be me or somebody else, at this moment, I don't know.
"Anything that is thought about or done upstairs is something that is completely out of my hands and out of the players' hands.
"Of course, [appointing someone] will happen at some stage - when that will be, at this particular moment, I don't know."
Marlon King scored twice for Hull on an afternoon when passionate protests before and during the match demanded the return of Keegan.

Since the end of Keegan's second spell in charge at the club, the Magpies have been linked with several prospective new managers including Ince, Gus Poyet and Didier Deschamps.
Ince saw his Rovers team hammered 4-0 by the Gunners, as Blackburn conceded four goals for their second consecutive Premier League fixture.
The former England midfielder won promotion from League Two with MK Dons last season before moving to Blackburn.
But of the possibility of switching to Tyneside, Ince added: "It's speculation and I won't comment, I can't control what people write in the papers.
