One fans' group has called for supporters to congregate an hour before kick-off at the old Milburn reception area of the ground.
It has also been suggested that many fans will boycott the match as a way of registering their disgust.
Ashley, who bought the club in May last year, has been advised to reassess his personal security arrangements if he decides to attend Saturday's game.
Director of football Dennis Wise has also been heavily criticised by fans following the resignation of Keegan, who ended his second spell as Newcastle manager citing interference in transfer policy.
Coach Chris Hughton has been placed in charge for the visit of Hull and has appealed to supporters to get behind Newcastle's players.
"We appreciate things may be difficult for the fans at the moment," said Hughton.
"But one thing Newcastle supporters are renowned for is their support of the team."
