Newcastle United have confirmed matches with Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin and La Liga club Real Mallorca as part of their preseason programme.
The games take place on the island of Palma in the Mallorca Summer Cup over the weekend of the 1-3 August.
Opening the schedule is a trip to Hartlepool on Monday, 19 July followed by a visit to Championship newcomers Doncaster Rovers on Saturday, 26 July.
Spanish side Valencia arrive at St James' Park on Saturday, 9 August.
There are also plans for a midweek friendly at St James' Park ahead of the Valencia game, but no fixtures have been confirmed.
