Fraser will be moving to Fir Park at the end of the season
Inverness goalkeeper Michael Fraser has completed a pre-contract agreement to join Motherwell in the summer.
The 25-year-old is in his sixth season with his hometown club but was dropped in favour of Ryan Esson after conceding five goals against Rangers in November.
Motherwell manager Mark McGhee has been searching for a new keeper, with Graeme Smith expected to leave Fir Park under freedom of contract.
Smith signed for the Steelmen in 2005 after leaving Rangers.
