Midfielder Bob Malcolm has signed a new one-year deal with Motherwell.
The 27-year-old, who began his career with Rangers, spent three months at Fir Park last season after leaving Derby County by mutual consent.
Malcolm, who has played eight times for Well, has three Scotland B caps and spent time on loan at Queens Park Rangers during his time with Derby.
He becomes Motherwell's first signing of the summer after turning down offers from England and the USA.
Meanwhile, Motherwell boss Mark McGhee is set to give a trial to Millwall goalkeeper Lenny Pidgeley.
The 24-year-old has previously played for Watford and may be signed as cover for first choice Graeme Smith.
