Morton have signed Colin Stewart after the well-travelled goalkeeper left First Division rivals Livingston.
The 28-year-old, who has signed a two-year contract at Cappielow, said: "I'm delighted to be coming to a club which has ambitions for the future."
Morton manager David Irons told his club website: "He is a vastly experienced keeper who has played at a good level all through his career.
"We will now be looking to bring in competition for him - it's a key area."
Stewart started his career with Kilmarnock before moving to Queen's Park, Ross County and Partick Thistle before moving to Livingston.
He also had spells on loan to Clydebank, Alloa Athletic, Hamilton Accies and Stranraer.
