Morecambe manager Sammy McIlroy has admitted that he has already targeted the players he wants to bring to Christie Park next season.
The Shrimps are currently tenth in their first season in the Football League, and McIlroy is keen to build a promotion-winning side.
"I've got people in my mind who I want to bring to the football club," he told BBC Radio Lancashire.
"We've got to even the books but I'll see what I can do."
The more successful you are the more you play

Although a run of one win in six games has ended Morecambe's chances of reaching the League Two play-offs, McIlroy admitted that preparations for the new campaign are already well underway.
"It's unbelievable," he said. "You finish in a few weeks' time and then all of a sudden you're in early July.
"There's no rest, but that's football these days. The more successful you are the more you play, and that's just the way it is."
McIlroy also said plans for a new stadium to replace Christie Park could not be further from his mind.
"We want to be a league club when this stadium comes. But at the moment I'm more concerned about the football team," he said. "It's no use having a fantastic new stadium and the team not performing."
