Morecambe manager Sammy McIlroy has revealed Craig Stanley could still have a long-term future at Morecambe.
The 25-year-old midfielder was transfer-listed earlier this month for disciplinary reasons, but was given a reprieve against Darlington on Monday.
McIlroy told BBC Radio Lancashire: "It's well documented what happened between me and Craig.
"But at the end of the day he's still a player at Morecambe and we'll look at it again at the end of the season."
Meanwhile, the Shrimps are still waiting for news of captain Jim Bentley's hamstring injury.
Bentley was substituted after 22 minutes of the 2-2 draw with the Quakers.
"We still don't know the extent of it at the moment. I think we got him off at the right time, and we'll continue to assess it," McIlroy said.
