Huddersfield Town striker Theo Robinson joins Millwall
Robinson scored twice during his loan spell at Millwall earlier in the season
Millwall have signed Huddersfield striker Theo Robinson on a two-and-a-half-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 21-year-old first joined the Championship side on loan in September and scored twice in six appearances.
But Robinson's time at The New Den was cut short when he suffered a knee injury and required minor surgery.
He told the club website: "The injury was very frustrating but thankfully the manager had faith in me. Now I can't wait to get back playing again."
The former Watford trainee, who also had loan spells at Hereford United and Southend, joined Huddersfield in 2009 and made 45 appearances for Lee Clark's side, scoring 16 goals.
Huddersfield chief executive Nigel Clibbens told the Terriers website: "Things haven't worked out here but that's football so we all have to move on.
"This is good for all parties, as Theo will get to play more regular football whilst the club has recouped the fee it paid when the player was brought in back in 2009."
