Millwall are still hopeful of signing midfielder Adam Bolder from QPR.
Bolder, 28, was recently recalled to Loftus Road after a spell on loan at Millwall, who are keen to sign him on a permanent deal.
Millwall assistant boss Joe Gallen said: Wed like to sign Adam but QPR said they wanted him to go back.
Thats their prerogative as he is their player, but we definitely want Adam to come here. He did really well for us when he was on loan."
Bolder was QPR's club captain before finding himself out of favour.
He ended last season on loan at Sheffield Wednesday and joined Millwall in November.
At the moment its a case of waiting to see what QPR want to do," added Gallen. "Hopefully there will be more discussions and Adam can come to us.
Bolder has six months of his Rangers contract left to run and expects to discuss his future with the west London club in the coming days.
Im not sure whats going to happen now," Bolder admitted.
I got a phone call saying I was going back to QPR and Ive been training there for the last couple of days.
I did enjoy it at Millwall. Theyre flying high in League One and I think it would be a good move for me to go there.
"But at the moment Ive still got a contract at QPR and nothing has been resolved yet.
