Millwall boss Nigel Spackman said his side "just need a break in front of goal" after they lost 1-0 at Crewe. "The players gave it everything, and so did the fans who applauded them off at the end," Spackman explained.
"We created a number of good chances, forced their keeper to make several fine saves and had more than one very good shout for a penalty.
"But we gave away a poor goal from a throw-in. It's all about getting three points and goals - we got neither."
