Paphitis is proud of his achievements at the New Den

"I've thoroughly enjoyed my time as chairman but it has taken a lot of my time and effort," Paphitis said.

"When I joined seven years ago we were in administration and hugely in debt. We've now enjoyed some of the most successful times in our history.

"The club is solvent and I'm very proud of what's been achieved. Maybe it's time for somebody else to take it on."
