Holdsworth is determined to get points on the board
Mansfield Town manager David Holdsworth says he will use discipline to help the Stags return to winning ways.
Holdsworth told BBC Radio Nottingham: "I believe in leadership and making people work hard.
"You try to set a mode of winning football and keeping clean sheets is imperative to me."
The former Ilkeston Town boss, 40, replaced manager Billy McEwan, who was sacked after just six months at the helm at Field Mill.
Former Watford defender Holdsworth added: "I believe in having fun, working with a smile on your face but there's no player I know that likes losing games.
"It's not always the greatest football to watch but it is winning football.
"You've got to get points on the board and that's something that Mansfield Town need to rediscover."
The Stags are just one point above the drop-zone in the Blue Square Premier.
