Lee was released by Notts along with Somner and Silk

Mansfield Town have signed the former Notts County trio of striker Jason Lee, right-back Gary Silk and midfielder Matt Somner.

Lee, 37, Silk, aged 23 and 25-year-old Somner have been on trial at Mansfield following their release from Meadow Lane at the end of last season.

Lee has played for Nottingham Forest and Lincoln as well as Notts.

"I will give Mansfield the same 100% commitment which I have for all my clubs," he told the Stags website.

Lee has over 500 league appearances to his name, and has scored more than 100 goals in his domestic career.

Silk and Somner have spent the last two years at Meadow Lane but were both released as part of a mass clear-out by manager Ian McParland.
