Manchester United assistant manager Mike Phelan says the two penalties conceded by his team in the 4-2 win over West Ham were due to defensive errors that were 'below the quality that we expect'.

Phelan also confirms defender Rio Ferdinand is back in training, and says that the club are focusing on Premier League success over anything else.
