Bellion's injury did not stop United running out 4-2 winners |
Manchester United forward David Bellion suffered a suspected fractured ankle in a reserve match on Thursday evening. However, the injury to the 22-year-old failed to stop United beating Charlton 4-2 at The Valley to lift the inaugural FA Premiership Reserve League Shield.
Italian striker Giuseppe Rossi bagged a hat-trick for the Red Devils, while David Jones was also on target for the Reserve League North title-winners.
Lloyd Sam, from the spot, and James Walker scored Charlton's goals.
