Kenyon set to lose Uefa roles
Peter Kenyon
Peter Kenyon is expected to lose his place on two Uefa committees after his decision to leave Manchester United and join Chelsea as their chief executive.

The 49-year-old is vice-chairman of Uefa's European Club Forum - a role he was chosen for because United had the highest Uefa ranking in England.

David Gill, his Old Trafford successor, is likely to be invited to take on his responsibilities in that role.

Kenyon is also on the Uefa club competitions committee.

Gill has already replaced Kenyon as a vice-chairman of G14 - the group of European's 18 elite clubs.
