Manchester City have signed Shrewsbury goalkeeper Joe Hart. The 19-year-old, who is already an England Under-19 international, will join for an initial fee of �600,000, but that could rise to �1.5m.
Hart, who made 54 appearances for Shrewsbury, has agreed a four-year deal after the teenager passed a medical.
"Joe's signing reflects the club's commitment to attracting the best young English players," said City chief executive Alistair Mackintosh.
