Real Madrid midfielder Thomas Gravesen has denied he is on his way to Manchester City after speculation about a switch to the Premiership club. Denmark international Gravesen has previously been linked with a move to Manchester United but the 29-year-old insists he is happy at the Bernabeu.
"In football there are many rumours but I've said nothing," he said. "There are no contacts with Manchester City."
Gravesen joined Real when he moved for �2.5m from Everton in January 2005.
Gravesen is currently trying to help Real chase down a nine-point gap on Spanish league leaders Barcelona.
He added: "It's very difficult but there are 11 games left. We are working to become champions."
