Macclesfield have added former striker Andy Scott to their board as a non-executive director. Scott played for the Silkmen for three years in their non-league days during the 1970s, and has since founded the locally-based Bank Fashion chain.
"I played here at the beginning of my career and have some great memories," he told the club's website.
Chairman Rob Bickerton added: "Andy has been one of our biggest business supporters in recent years."
