Macclesfield have signed midfielder Adam Murray from League Two rivals Torquay United for an undisclosed five-figure fee. Murray has agreed a two-and-a-half year deal with the Silkmen.
The 25-year-old joined Torquay from Carlisle at the end of August and started 25 games for the Gulls.
Meanwhile, Torquay have signed Leon Hapgood, 27, Darren Baxter, 25, and Nathan Simpson, 21, to aid their fight against the drop.
