Macclesfield Town boss Brian Horton has released five players following his side's struggle to beat the drop. Michael Briscoe, Kevin Townson, Neil Morgan and goalkeeper Tim Deasy have not been offered new deals.
In addition, former Darlington and Leeds striker Clyde Wijnhard, 32, has not had his monthly contract renewed.
On-loan striker Marcus Richardson is returning to Chester City and full-back Kevin Sandwith remains on the transfer-list.
Paul Harsley, Alan Fettis, John Miles, Danny Whitaker, Andrew Smart, Andrew Teague, Marvin McDonald and Alan Navarro have been offered new deals.
