Luton have moved a step closer to their plans of relocating from their Kenilworth Road ground. Developers Rosemound signed an enabling development agreement with Cliff Bassett, owner of the 250-acre Old Park Farm site near the M1.
Under the agreement Rosemound will provide �25m towards the 22,000-seat stadium, subject to planning consent.
Chairman Bill Tomlins told Luton's website: "This announcement will enable us to focus on our intended move."
