Barnett came through the youth ranks at Kenilworth Road |
Luton have won their appeal appeal against the red card shown to defender Leon Barnett in their 3-0 Carling Cup win against Brentford on Tuesday. Barnett, 20, was sent off for a late foul on Calum Willock by referee Clive Penton as both sides finished the game with 10 men.
However, the FA disciplinary commission has now ruled in Luton's favour.
It means Barnett will be available for selection on Saturday as the Hatters host managerless West Brom.
