Leeds have had bids for Luton striker Steve Howard and captain Kevin Nicholls rejected, reports BBC Radio Leeds. The pair have also attracted interest from other Championship clubs.
Cardiff and Norwich had also made bids for 30-year-old target man Howard, while Wolves have joined the hunt for midfielder Nicholls, 27.
But Hatters manager Mike Newell has insisted: "They're derisory offers, nowhere near the value that we have on those players."
