Livingston chairman Angelo Massone says the West Lothian club have rejected two fresh bids for striker Leigh Griffiths.
The Italian owner said that the offers had come from the Scottish Premier League and the English Championship.
Giffiths, 18, scored 20 goals for Livi last season and spent time on trial with West Brom.
First Division rivals Dundee had a six-figure sum knocked back in April and Massone said: "We are not ready to accept bids for the player."
Griffiths marked his B international debut for Scotland with a goal against Northern Ireland in May and was voted the First Division player of the year.
