One first played in Scotland in 2004 for Partick Thistle
Livingston have signed Armand One on an 18-month contract after the French striker impressed on trial.
One, 25, has played in Scotland for Partick Thistle, Cowdenbeath and Raith Rovers, but arrives from Finland where he was with Turun Palloseura.
"I like it here already. When I was at Partick Thistle I always said that I'd like to play for Livingston," One told the club's website.
"So it's pleasing for me to finally get that wish."
The Frenchman has already played for his new club as a trialist in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Morton.
Lions manager Paul Hegarty believes One's arrival is crucial following the loss of Calum Elliot, who returned to Hearts this month after a loan spell at Almondvale.
Once we can get Armand fully fit I'm sure he will be an asset to the side.

"Armand's presence on the park gives us another option to hit up top if necessary," said Hegarty.
"He can also hold the ball up well, which is good for David Winters and Leigh Griffiths playing off him with that bit of pace."
"Once we can get Armand fully fit I'm sure he will be an asset to the side.
"He's a very capable player and he did well to play the full 90 minutes on Saturday, having only arrived at the club on Thursday and taking part in a bounce game and then a training session."
