Kyles took over as chief executive at Livingston in 2005
Vivien Kyles has decided to stand down as chief executive at Livingston, having guided the West Lothian club from administration in 2005.
She is reported to be taking up a management position at an established Scottish sporting organisation in June.
Kyles will remain on Livingston's board of directors and the club will shortly appointment a new general manager.
"I am delighted to take on a new challenge whilst also maintaining my link with Livingston," said Kyles.
Livingston chairman Pearse Flynn paid tribute to Kyle's work at the club and singled out her role in the club's transition from financial troubles into new ownership.
She has helped make significant changes to the smooth running of the business side of the club throughout the period since.

"Vivien Kyles took on an incredibly difficult job when we took on the management of Livingston while it was still in administration four years ago, and steered us through that until we got final ownership in May 2005," said Flynn.
"She has helped make significant changes to the smooth running of the business side of the club throughout the period since.
"Now, with our board expanding to accommodate new investors Anthony McMullen and Ged Nixon, Vivien will maintain her connection with Livi as a board member."
