On-loan Tottenham midfielder Paul-Jose Mpoku will stay at Leyton Orient until the end of the season.
The Belgium Under-19 international initially joined O's manager Russell Slade's side in September and has scored twice in nine starts.
Mpoku, 18, began his career as a trainee at White Hart Lane but is yet to make a first team appearance for Spurs boss Harry Redknapp's team.
Mpoku will remain at Brisbane Road until 31 May.
Meanwhile striker James Walker's short-term contract has come to an end.
The 23-year-old initially linked up with the O's in September on a three-month deal, which was then extended by a further four weeks in December.
