Leyton Orient have signed Brighton & Hove Albion defender Andrew Whing on loan until 3 January.
The 26-year-old played under current O's manager Russell Slade when he was Seagulls boss in 2009.
"He can play right-back, left-back or centre-back so he'll be a useful acquisition," said Slade.
Whing, who has only made one appearance for the Seagulls this season, could feature for Saturday's visit of Rochdale in League One.
