Leyton Orient owner Barry Hearn was jubliant after his side clinched promotion by beating Oxford United 3-2. Lee Steele's injury-time winner sent the O's up from League Two and Hearn said: "Words fail me for once in my life. This is an amazing moment.
"At 2-2, and with Grimsby leading 1-0 we needed a miracle - and you think it has been a long year to get knocked out in the semi-finals of the play-offs.
"You think negatively but then we got a little bit of magic."
Hearn, a former boxing and snooker promoter, added: "I have had some great experiences in my life with Steve Davis, Chris Eubank and Nigel Benn - some really big days.
"Apologies to all those great sportsmen though - it just does not compare to this. It tops anything I have experienced before and it is a day that I will never forget for the whole of my life."
Hearn had promised his squad a trip to Las Vegas if they went up and he said: "I've got 27 tickets in my pocket to take them out there and give them a party they deserve.
"It's Viva Las Vegas for Leyton Orient. We are going to go over there for a week during the Desert Classic and have a little bit of a celebration - and a little bit of training too."
Hearn, who has been at Brisbane Road since 1995, is already looking ahead to next season in League One.
He explained: "I am celebrating now but then I am going to look at budgets, my money and my cash flow. I have got start saying that this team has got to go further.
"I have waited 11 years for this and we are going to plough in what we need to.
"Martin Ling is a great manager with a future at a higher level than us - but for the moment we are very glad we have got him and we are going to give him the money that gives him the tools to do the job."
