Leicester City have succeeded in their appeal against the red card given to defender Patrick Kisnorbo during Saturday's game with Sheffield United.

Kisnorbo was sent off for a foul on Blades striker Billy Sharp, but replays seemed to show there was no contact.

The Football Association disciplinary panel upheld the appeal on Tuesday and the Australian is now available for Saturday's match against Colchester.

Kisnorbo had been facing a two-game ban with just four matches left.
