Leicester City owner Milan Mandaric has confirmed to BBC Radio Leicester they have turned down a substantial bid for England Under-21 defender Joe Mattock. The highly-rated 17-year-old left-back has been targeted by an unnamed Premier League club.
Mandaric said it was good to get a strong bid but they were not interested in selling their best players.
he said: "We would like to keep players like that. We are putting priority not on finance but to get a winning team."
