Leicester City target Bradley Johnson has returned to Northampton Town and is back in their squad for Saturday's league game at Leeds. The 20-year-old midfielder was at the Walkers Stadium on Wednesday to discuss terms for a what could be a record transfer for the Cobblers.
But nothing has been finalised and boss Stuart Gray was eager Johnson returned.
"Bradley has been in talks with a number of clubs but he has not agreed terms with anyone," Gray said.
"Therefore, as he is a key part of our squad, we have recalled him for Saturday.

"We left him out on New Year's Day (against Millwall) as we thought he may have agreed terms with another club in the 24 or 48 hours following the game.
"But that has not happened and we were not willing to do without him for a second game running and weaken our squad for such a big match.
"We are aware that interest in Bradley remains very high but he is currently a Northampton Town player and he will be available to play against Leeds."
