Leicester have released five players and offered young striker Louis Dodds a new one-year deal. Danny Cadamarteri, Nils-Eric Johansson, Andy Johnson, Scott Lycett have been released while Danny Tiatto is returning to his native Australia.
The Foxes have yet to appoint a new manager but the decision has been taken to axe the quintet.
Johansson was the most regular starter for the Foxes out of the four but has been deemed surplus to requirements.
