Wise wins court case
Millwall player-boss Dennis Wise
Wise has had success as manager of Millwall
Former Leicester player Dennis Wise, now Millwall boss, has won his appeal for unfair dismissal against the Foxes.

The Employment Appeals Tribunal overturned a ruling that Leicester were right to sack him in August 2002 after he punched Callum Davidson on tour.

However Wise's claim is against the company that went into administration.

With Leicester having reformed since then, it is not clear whether the new company will be liable - a civil claim for 2m was made in October 2002.

It is thought unlikely Leicester will take the case to the Court of Appeal but Wise may decide to pursue a claim against the new company New Fox.
