Leeds United's teenage defender Aidan White could make it big in the game, according to team-mate Paul Telfer.
The 16-year-old made his Leeds debut in August and has played in the last two league games.
Telfer told BBC Radio Leeds: "I couldn't believe he was 16 - I thought he was 18.
"He's got everything - the great attitude, he's got pace and ability so I don't see why he can't keep going up and up that league."
White joined the Leeds scholarship scheme in the summer of 2008 after a spell in the club's academy.
The Leeds-born left-back made his first start in the 4-0 Carling Cup win against Crystal Palace and won the man-of-the-match award for his performance against Bradford City in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
He also played in the league wins over Carlisle and Hereford and has yet to feature in a losing side for Leeds.
