Stephen O'Halloran has returned to Aston Villa after his loan spell with Leeds United was cut short by a potentially serious knee injury. The defender damaged his cruciate ligaments during the warm-up ahead of Leeds's game at Swindon on Saturday.
The 20-year-old has had a scan on the joint but the full extend of the injury is not yet known.
O'Halloran has yet to play for Villa and was preparing to make his debut for Leeds when injury struck.
